Charity Grace Photography

Charity Grace is a local Nantucket photographer whose perspective and influence goes beyond the camera lens. The foundation for this logo is inspired by one of her favorite images, “Be The Light, Sankaty no. 2,” of the iconic Sankaty Lighthouse on the island’s East end. This logo reflects her technical abilities as a photographer and positive influence in the community as a thought leader and advocate for education, equity, and justice across Nantucket.

The Gaslight

The Gaslight

From the same incredible team at the Nautilus, The Gaslight is downtown Nantucket’s newest live music destination featuring talented local musicians and a thoughtfully curated music program. The Gaslight is proud to feature many of Nantucket’s local ingredients across their expertly crafted lunch and dinner menus. The multidimensional style of this logo was built to evoke sound rippling through the image. Four waves frame the iconic title as a reminder that audiences and performers from far and wide wash into this venue on a tiny island 30 miles out to sea.

Hang Ten Raw Bar

Emil Bender and his business partner, Sean Fitzgibbon, were both born and raised on Nantucket. Emil grew up farming oysters with his father out of Pocomo Meadow, near the mouth of Polpis Harbor. Emil and Sean’s passion for local seafood stems from a love of the ocean through surfing both on Nantucket and far away places all over the world. The duo shares their sustainably sourced seafood products through catered events and raw bars, sometimes literally serving atop a surfboard. “Hang Ten” was a natural choice for Emil and Sean’s catering and event services.

FishLAT

FishLAT, Fisheries Location Assessment Technology, is a web-based, interactive platform that helps users predict how the removal, reefing, or installation of an offshore energy structure will impact fisheries. FishLAT received competitive funding from the National Science Foundation. This logo showcases the potential for man-made structures to positively impact offshore marine environments and provide a network of economic opportunity.

Frontier Farm.png

Frontier Farm

Frontier Farm was established in 2018 on a 3,500 square foot plot of land in Carolina, Rhode Island. What started out as a glorified backyard garden has now grown into a 2.5 acre vegetable and herb farm. In 2019 Frontier Farm moved to its current home with The Westerly Land Trust at the Eleanor F. & Edward W. Barlow Nature Preserve in Westerly, Rhode Island.

This logo was inspired by the farm owner’s love of the sci-fi series, StarTrek. The stars and dynamic lines also speak to the farm’s ability to dream big with a business model founded on industry-leading social and environmental commitment.
